About FlowScale

Get control of the operation you have so you can build the company you want.

Before FlowScale, I spent five years inside a custom luxury design-build firm in Orange County, California. I wore just about every hat in the building. I started as a project coordinator, learning how jobs actually run from the ground up. From there I moved into estimating, pricing high-end residential work line by line, then ran projects as a PM, managed the field, and got my hands into design when a job needed it. Eventually I stepped into operations, where I owned the systems, the forecasting, and the day-to-day machine that kept the company moving, even running payroll.

I know what it's like to wear every hat and feel buried by all of them. And I learned that most contractors don't have a work problem, they have a systems problem. When the owner is the estimator, the PM, the scheduler, and the problem solver, the business can't grow past what one person can carry.

That's why I built FlowScale. I know where the bottlenecks hide because I've been stuck in them, and I know how to fix them because I've done it from the inside.

What we believe

How we think about operations.

01

Problems are inevitable. Chaos is not.

No company is problem-free. Most of the chaos is preventable.

02

Standardize the business, not the build.

Every project is different. How you sell, hand off, schedule and decide shouldn't be reinvented each time.

03

Diagnose before we prescribe.

Even when the right answer is something we don't sell.

04

Don't blame people for a process that doesn't exist.

We look at the system and the person before deciding which one is the problem.

05

The right way should be the easy way.

Simple, visual and usable by the people actually doing the work.

06

A system only works if you work it.

We own the quality of what we build. You own using it.

Next step

Start with a 15-minute call.

We'll talk about what keeps landing on you and whether Phase 1 fits. If it doesn't, we'll tell you, and point you to what does.

  • $4,000 flat for Phase 1. No hourly billing.
  • About six hours of your time over a month.
  • Phase 2 is optional. You decide at the end.
