You know the cost before we start. If more work turns up, it's a new four-week block that you choose to approve.
Do I have to use JobTread?
No. We design the process first, and the software supports it. We have deep JobTread experience if you use it or are thinking about it.
Do you come on site?
Phase 1 is fully remote: video calls, screen share and shared documents. Phase 2 is remote by default; site visits only if agreed in the Phase 2 Plan.
What if the problem is me?
We're paid to tell you the truth and help you fix it, even when part of the problem is you. Most owners already suspect it. The useful part is knowing exactly what to change.
What if you're not the right fix?
We'll say so, and point you to the right kind of help, whether that's a bookkeeper, an HR advisor, a new hire or something else.
