What we collect

When you book a call, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, company name, type of company, team size and your note about what's landing on your desk. Our booking page is run by Google Calendar, which processes that information under Google's privacy policy. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, pages requested and browser type, for security and reliability. Our fonts load from Google Fonts. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule your call, prepare for it and follow up about your inquiry. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details only as long as they're useful for that conversation and any work that follows.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email curtis@flowscale.build or call (805) 587-1765 and we'll take care of it. California residents have additional rights under California law, and we'll honor those requests the same way.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here with a new effective date.
